This setting adjusts what happens to new appointments that requesters create into the scheduling system. When the setting is on a new appointment created by a requester will have a status of "Active" allowing the interpreters to claim the appointment immediately. If the agency should need time to review the appointment before either appointing it directly to an interpreter or making it available to all interpreters then change this switch to no. This will use the "On Hold" category which is meant to keep appointments out of the pool of available appointments for interpreters.
Please note: Appointments created by the agency doesn't get effected by this switch. An agency user creating appointments can still use any status.
Attach documents to appointments for vouchers, translations or any other needs.
