If you allow interpreters to create appointments decide if those interpreters should automatically be appointed.
If the interpreter can create appointments you may want those appointments to automatically be appointed to that interpreter. This is great if you want the same interpreter to be present in a follow up appointment. If the interpreter finds themselves double booked they'll have to decide which appointment to attend, and which to return.
