Client Calls

Mark appointments that require the agency to contact the consumer/patient before the appointment.

If this is enabled you will see a client phone number and client called checkbox in all of your appointments. You will also be required to enter a phone number for the client. When an interpreter is looking at their appointments they will see a image of a telephone which is designed to let them know that the client must be called to remind them of the appointment. Once the call is placed the interpreter can select the Client Called checkbox to let the agency know they completed the call.

Regions allow Agencies to apportion appointments to interpreters by geographic regions.
