Client Reference
Allows your customers to enter a reference number for their client.
Client reference is a field for your customer, allowing them to store a reference number for their client. Some customers might store a date of birth, claim number, docket number, or other identification number. They may need the interpreter to provide that reference number in addition to the client name in order for them to find the right client in their computer system. The agency can rename this field to support their needs.
