The month view is designed to show agencies a summary of the month.

The system by default displays two appointments before it begins to stack the appointments and summarize important details. Clicking on a stacked date will take you to the day view for that date. Clicking an appointment on an unstacked date will open the appointment pop-up. A yellow line to the left of an unstacked appointment indicates a time before noon, gray indicates afternoon. You can customize what two fields are displayed in the agency settings for unstacked calendar days.

Click the small plus on any current or future date to start creating an appointment for that particular date.
