Notifications Agency

Set email/SMS notifications available within the system.


Notification Settings

Find the notification center by navigating to Settings => Notifications.


Notification Summary

Notify Condition Details
New Users Agency Creates User The user will be sent an email that includes a link to set their password for Aqua Schedules.
New Users Role Granted to User The user will be notified of their new role in Aqua Schedules.
Any User Clicks Forgot Password User receives an email with a link to create a new password for their account.
Any User Validates Email If agency requires all email addresses to be validated then an email is sent to all unvalidated email accounts with a link that will validate their email.
The Agency New Appointment by requester/interpreter Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Email When Created.
The Agency Cancelation by Requester Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Email When Canceled.
The Agency Interpreter Accepted Off Sent to the agency if the interpreter accepts and offer and auto claim is turned off.
Interpreter Agency Offers Appointment Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Email When Offered.
Interpreter Assigned to Someone Else When an interpreter has made themselves available and the appointment is assigned to someone else they are notified.
Interpreter Interpreter Assigned Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Email When Assigned.
Interpreter Cancelations Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Email When Canceled.
Interpreter When Appointment Soon Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Message When Appointment Is Soon.
Requester Interpreter Unavailable Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Email When Appointment Is Unfillable.
Requester Interpreter Assigned Customize this email by navigating to Settings => Notifications => Email When Assigned.
