Hide When Available Agency

Hide fields from interpreters when the appointment is unclaimed and available.

Standard Fields

Navigate to Settings => Interpreter Available Fields. You'll see a list of all the default appointment fields. Use the switch to hide/show that field to interpreters that are not assigned to the appointment.

Custom Fields

Navigate to Settings => Custom Fields. Open the custom field you would like to hide. You will see a switch called Hide When Available. When this switch is on the field will not be visible to intepreters unless they are the one assigned to the appointment.
