Badges allow the agency the flexibility to better manage who is suited for a particular appointment. You can create badges for certification, specialized training, skill level or any characteristic that controls who is right for an appointment. Create your own badges in the settings area then assign as many badges to an interpreter as applicable. Appointments can have up to three simultaneous badges requiring the interpreter to match each badge. In an appointment only interpreters matching all badges will be listed in the drop down box. You can even add badges to a customer account which will by default have those badges selected if a requester is creating an appointment.
