Agency Verification. You can require each appointment to be validated by the agency before it appears in an invoice. This is great for making sure you’ve double checked the billing information such as the duration that interpreters have entered. If this switch is turned off all appointments will go to invoicing though you can still mark appointments validated.
[Navigate to the appointments page and pull up a past appointment. Scroll to the Agency Validated checkbox]
Here is the checkbox that you can click on as the agency to mark this appointment validated, don’t forget to click save at the bottom.
