This feature is a great way to add your customer accounts from QuickBooks Online instantly into Aqua Schedules. To do this first synchronize any existing customer accounts you have in Aqua Schedules. If you don’t synchronize existing accounts first you will end up with duplicate customer accounts in Aqua Schedules. Once your existing accounts have been synchronized go to Settings => Billing => QuickBooks => Import Customers. Clicking import customer will automatically add a customer account in Aqua Schedules with the name, address and phone number found in QuickBooks Online.
